Pulse Fabrications Limited is a limited liability company (LLC) based in Kampala, Uganda that is dedicated to helping rural communities improve access to health facilities with the primary goal of reducing lives lost at child birth or to treatable diseases like malaria.
HOW WE SOLVE THE THREE DELAYS
In the past 25 years, the world has almost halved maternal deaths. However, every year, some 300,000 women still die during pregnancy and childbirth globally, and almost 3 million babies do not survive their first four weeks of life. If deployed in the right numbers, transport facilities could avert a good number of these deaths since the high maternal mortality rates is often reflective of access to health care services.

Our Products
The Village Ambulance’s versatility makes it an excellent way to access health care. With the Village Ambulance you can either pull and push by hand or connect it to virtually any motorcycle or bicycle. Keep going with the Village Ambulance.
The Pulse Carrier
The carrier is powered by the Bajaj boxer Motorcycle. The motorcycle is red in color, with a fuel tank capacity of 10 liters, consumes approximately 50kilometers per liter of petrol, 4 stroke kick starter engine, 50 KM/PH on full load, with added suspension on the patient’s cabin. The Patient’s cabin is 5 meters long, 3metres wide and its height is 5 meters.
The Pulse Rover (Side Car)
The side car is a pulse carrier fitted permanently on the side of the mort-cycle. Its advantage is that it cannot easily be disconnected by anybody so that they can abuse the purpose of the mort-cycle.
Ambulance Motorcycle
The Motorcycle Ambulance pulls the Village Ambulance trailer with ease and its sleek ambulance look gives it an official presence on the road. The engine capacity is 100cc for optimal performance in rural areas. For mountainous and hilly terrain we recommend 150cc. Be sure to get the most compatible motorcycle for the Village Ambulance.
The Pulse Trident (Tricycle Ambulance)
The trident is a tricycle motorcycle Ambulance with a designed max speed of 50 km/hr and max load capacity of 1000kg, 200 cc 4-stroke petrol engine with strong wheels and suspension. Great for on-road and off-road use.
