The Pulse Ambulance is designed specifically to meet the medical transportation needs of rural communities and provides increased access to health facilities when the intervention works.

The Employer will have to organize community engagement dialogues to tap into the existing structures like the one of Village Health Teams (VTS), Health Facility Management Committees, CDOs, Local government leaders and other community opinion leaders from which an Ambulance Management Committee will be constituted to oversee the usage and Maintenance of the Ambulance.

The right choices for riders should be made, trained and branded well so as to set them aside as the ambassadors of the project in the Community. Care must be taken to choose drivers with high morals. When you chose the right drivers you will have done 80% of the job in ensuring the success of the ambulance project
